Outsourcing Reaches New Heights

We first experimented with outsourcing a couple months ago after learning the website Pasadena Now had placed an ad in Craigslist India looking for people there to report on Pasadena news. The idea was that the prospective reporters could watch Pasadena City Council meetings online and conduct interviews by phone or email. Pasadena Now editor and publisher James MacPherson caught a lot of grief when that news hit the wires.

Now comes news of a new type of outsourcing via The Onion (could this be where our kids are disappearing to?):
