We have no further information on that possible homicide on the 700 block of Arrow Hwy., but we did receive an update from the reader who reported some sort of police involved shooting at 8th and Yale near Memorial Park and Sycamore School:

Update: My wife got a voicemail from the Principal of Sycamore stating... "the Police shot a Pit-bull and at no time were students in danger." I'm assuming that is accurate, but still a little disturbing.
No further word from the Claremont PD, which you might recall determined the event was not newsworthy.
