Tonight at the Ath

Civil rights attorney Connie Rice, second cousin to former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, will speak at Claremont McKenna College's Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum tonight at 7pm.

The last time Rice spoke at the Ath was in March, 2004, the day after visiting CMC professor Kerri Dunn staged a hate crime incident by vandalizing her own car with racial epithets. Dunn was later convicted for filing a false police report and filing a false insurance claim. It's hard to believe nearly five years have gone by since all that happened.
