Of course, in Claremont, all you need to do to know who's supposed to win an election is to drive by Diann Ring's or Judy Wright's home and check out the campaign signage. Here's a prediction for 2009's March council election, when two seats will be up for grabs: Ellen Taylor and Not Calaycay (Bob Tener?).
