After reading an article in the Daily Bulletin yesterday I realized I have to do all possible to find the owners of a small dog I found today. Small, black, male, 5lbs Chihuhua mix. Wearing blue & red stripped collar with Harley Davidson tag, no # or address on tag. Found 11:30am Friday 2/12 in Claremont @ Baseline Rd & Mountain Ave. Very sweet & friendly.
